Commercial Project Superintendent - West Coast Commercial Roofing

Are you an experienced leader in commercial roofing looking to take the next step in your career? West Coast Commercial Roofing is seeking a dedicated Commercial Project Superintendent to oversee our commercial roofing projects throughout Arizona.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
• Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, inspectors, and vendors
• Manage project schedules, documentation, and resource allocation
• Inspect work for quality and address deficiencies promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing field experience (Superintendent or Foreman level preferred)
• Proven experience with TPO, coatings, shingle, tile, and metal roofing systems
• OSHA 30 Certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency in construction/project management software (Acculynx, CompanyCam, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Arizona and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Must be able to pass Federal background check for Federal jobs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
