Barrera Insurance is a fast-growing Farmers Insurance agency focused on building a high-performance team and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a licensed Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) who can manage client service needs while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional coverage.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values accountability, and enjoys helping clients while supporting a busy sales team.

Previous insurance agency experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with agency management systems and carrier platforms
