What You’ll Do:

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
• Fire-Loss Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance fire-repair scopes, coordinating structural repairs, code upgrades, change orders, and supplements while protecting project profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 5+ years of project management experience, including substantial direct experience managing insurance-funded fire restoration and reconstruction projects from initial scope through final close-out.
• Proven track record managing multiple active fire-loss and residential reconstruction projects simultaneously, including subcontractor coordination, quality control, homeowner communication, and insurance documentation.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
• Preferred: Proficiency with Xactimate, familiarity with carrier requirements and fire-loss documentation, and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
