Where You Will Work

Our newly built 200,000 sf facility in Chandler, Arizona is just one example of how Advantest is leading the way in precision manufacturing by investing in our ability to deliver real-time decision making through connected networks of data to help improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Our parts boast standard tolerances of +-.0004”, setting new benchmarks in the field. We have spared no expense for our new CNC Machining Facility in Chandler by equipping it with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells that use 6-axis Kuka Robot feeding pairs of Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs with advanced automation technologies that uses Swiss fixturing and Robotics from Erowa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plays a vital role in managing the development, coordination, and submission of RFI, RFQ and RFP
• This role works closely with the Proposal Manager, business development team, and technical experts to craft compelling proposals that align with client needs
• Organize and manage proposal documentation, forms, and supporting materials to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Attention to detail, ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all proposal documents
• Act as project manager for assigned RFPs and proposals, keeping all information and deadlines organized
• Track and report opportunity outcomes by maintaining proposal database
• Primary lead on the development and maintenance of all proposals
• Conduct competitive analysis and track analytics to improve proposal strategies by maintaining a catalog of pursuit opportunities
• Develop detailed bidding guidelines which are used to kick off proposals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

• Onsite role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4-6 years' experience
• This position requires technical writing and time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized, highly motivated, detail oriented, works well in a collaborative environment
• Previous experience in contracts management
• Knowledge of semiconductor terminology
• Strong administration skills, attention to detail and ability to resolve billing issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can handle pressure/deadlines
