Job Summary:

Branded Bills is hiring a Senior Application & Integration Engineer to build and connect the systems that power our digital operations. This role blends application development and system integration, creating the tools, APIs, and modular services that streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the business.

You’ll design and maintain integrations between NetSuite, HubSpot, Shopify, and internal systems—while also developing custom applications, AI-assisted tools, and automated services that support day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for an engineer who can move fluidly between integration logic, application design, and rapid AI-driven prototyping to deliver production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development – Design and build internal tools, dashboards, and modular services using TypeScript/Node.js, C#, Javascript/Html/CSS, and SQL to enhance operational efficiency and empower internal teams.

• System Integrations – Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable integrations between NetSuite, HubSpot, Shopify, and internal applications using Celigo and in-house solutions. Ensure clean data flow, strong error handling, and consistent uptime.

• AI-Accelerated Engineering – Use AI development tools to speed prototyping and build intelligent automations. Apply machine-learning APIs to improve workflows, data validation, and reporting.

• Automation & Orchestration – Implement and maintain process automation across departments, leveraging scripting, triggers, and event-driven logic to eliminate manual effort.

• Collaboration & Requirements Gathering – Partner with operations, sales, finance, marketing and IT teams to define business needs, data models, and workflow logic. Translate requirements into practical, reliable technical solutions.

• System Monitoring & Optimization – Ensure integration performance, data accuracy, and reliability across connected applications. Proactively identify and resolve system issues.

• Documentation & Standards – Maintain clear, current documentation and enforce best practices for coding standards, version control, and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or integration development.

• Advanced proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, C#/.NET, and SQL (SuiteQL/MSSQL).

• Proven experience integrating with NetSuite, HubSpot, and Shopify APIs.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, OAuth, and webhook architectures.

• Experience developing SuiteApps, SuiteScripts, RESTlets, internal applications, APIs, utilities & automation tools.

• Experience with AI-driven development workflows (OpenAI, N8N, GitHub Copilot, etc.).

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

• Experience with ETL & EDI pipelines (Celigo, SPS).

• Experience in full-stack or rapid-prototype development.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
