Forklift Operator / Driver

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Expedite all materials and parts for shop floor production in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely shipment of finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and delivery dates.
• Identify and report any issues related to production delays or material shortages.
• Safety Sensitive Position
• Other duties as needed or required.

Work Environment:

• Primary work environment is the production floor.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift.
• Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns.
• While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Occasion stooping and walking will be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
