About The Role

Peraton is looking for a Senior Exploitation Analyst to enhance our cyber defense by independently conducting comprehensive security assessments for our Federal Customer.

This includes:

• Performing network penetration testing, web application security assessments, and targeted social engineering exercises using advanced tools like Kali Linux, Burp Suite Pro, Cobalt Strike, and Microsoft Defender for Office.
• You will be tasked with analyzing system and network configurations against DoD security standards.
• Developing detailed reports with risk analysis and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
• Mentoring associate analysts to improve our overall assessment methodologies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years with BS/BA in Cyber Security or related field; 0 years with MS/MA in Cyber Security or related field; 6 years with no degree.
• Certifications: Must meet DoD 8140 Qualifications for Vulnerability Assessment Analyst - Intermediate.
• US Citizenship is required
• Active Top Secret Clearance, must be able to obtain a TS/SCI

Details

Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
