Aprendiz Sena
REQUISITOS:
Aprendiz SENA disponible para etapa productiva en áreas Administrativas (Gestión Documental, Gestión Administrativa, Gestión Del Talento Humano, Gestión Empresarial, Asistencia Administrativa, Logística, Archivo y/o afines).
Responsabilidades :
- Apoyar en las tareas administrativas
- Organización de archivo, manejo y scaneo de documentación que requiera la línea para las diferentes actividades
- Entrega y control de herramientas y portes de equipos a taller
- Soportar y ubicar los conteos de inventarios cíclicos mensuales
- Verificación de las temperaturas de los cuartos fríos
- Apoyar en las actividades de inspecciones y check list
- Entregas de dotación y consumibles
- Actualización de formatos
- Otras actividades netamente administrativas
RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES :
- Requiere conocer la estructura de la organización y la ubicación de los empleados, los departamentos y las oficinas de la base.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Resolución de problemas
- Identificación y comunicación de oportunidades de mejora a los procesos en los cuales se vea involucrado directamente durante el desarrollo de su etapa productiva. Con posibilidad de desarrollo – implementación a modo de proyecto.
- Preparación de presentación ejecutiva a grupo de trabajo de al menos 3 miembros de Baker Hughes, en la cual se informe de manera breve las principales actividades desarrolladas durante la práctica y los aportes a nivel personal y profesional que tuvo la misma en el aprendiz.
