Training Begins: February 15, 2026
Houston TX Hot Chicken is opening a brand-new location on Camelback Road in Phoenix, and we’re building a strong, energetic Front of House team to help launch one of the fastest-growing hot chicken brands in the country.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a grand opening team , set the tone for the restaurant from day one, and grow with a brand that prides itself on quality food, exceptional service, and an unmatched guest experience.
Position SummaryFront of House Team Members are the face of Houston TX Hot Chicken. You will be responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for every guest. FOH team members play a critical role during a new store opening by setting service standards, building repeat guests, and representing the HHC brand with pride.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet every guest with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
Operate the POS/register accurately and efficiently
Take orders, answer menu questions, and confidently upsell add-ons and combos
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, beverage station, and restrooms
Assist with expo and order handoff to ensure accuracy and speed
Perform table touches and lobby checks to enhance the guest experience
Restock FOH items (cups, lids, napkins, sauces, etc.) as needed
Communicate clearly with BOH and leadership during peak hours
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Support team members and leaders as needed during high-volume shifts
Ability to learn quickly during an accelerated training period starting February 15th
Flexibility to work varied schedules during opening weeks
Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willingness to take feedback and help establish best practices from day one
High energy, reliability, and a team-first mindset
Positive, guest-focused attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Previous experience in customer service, QSR, or fast-casual dining preferred (but not required)
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and professional
