Industrial Maintenance Lead Duties:

The Maintenance Lead oversees the maintenance operations of the organization, ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. They are responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Industrial Maintenance Lead Shift Info:

•Monday-Friday must be flexible

6:00 am -2:00 pm / 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Industrial Maintenance Lead (Requirements):

•Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.

Equipment Management: Coordinate with relevant departments to identify equipment maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure the availability of necessary resources, including spare parts and tools.

Troubleshooting and Problem-solving: Investigate equipment failures, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety awareness among maintenance staff.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inspection reports. Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve overall maintenance effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Strong technical skills, with expertise in equipment maintenance and repair.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
4. Sound knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance activities.
5. Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling software/tools.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. PLC and VFD
9. Must be Comfortable with a Background and Drug Screening
