Educational Credentials Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Licensure & Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or capability to complete within three months
