In this role, you will oversee staff management, inventory control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and customer service to ensure profitable and efficient operations.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Service Manager to ensure parts availability for internal repairs and servicesPrepare and manage the parts department’s annual operating budgetRecruit, train, motivate, and evaluate parts department staffSchedule and supervise daily activities of the parts teamMaintain accurate employee payroll and related recordsCreate and enforce policies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyAddress customer complaints promptly following dealership guidelinesSet competitive pricing strategies balancing sales volume and customer loyaltyMonitor inventory levels to minimize obsolete stockEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to parts salesAdhere to safety standards in this safety-sensitive roleWorking HoursThis is a full-time role with work hours aligned to dealership needs.

Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMinimum of five years’ experience in an automotive parts department preferredSales experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read, comprehend, and follow instructionsProficient with computers, including MS Office and inventory systems such as Motility Systems2KExperience managing departmental profitability per company guidelinesStrong visual acuity for computer and report tasksPhysical ability to bend, sit for extended periods, reach above shoulder height, and lift up to 50 poundsCampers Inn RV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
