Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Enhance the educational experience for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels as a skilled Occupational Therapist supporting K-12 learners. Two contract positions are available—one based near Phoenix and another in the Peoria area—both delivering services onsite within dynamic school environments. You’ll make a measurable difference by providing therapeutic interventions that help students thrive academically and socially.

Your expertise will empower students to succeed in their daily routines, collaborate effectively with teachers, and work toward individualized goals tailored to each child’s unique needs.

What you bring:

• Active Arizona OT licensure required
• Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students
• Eligibility for (or possession of) the Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Comfortable working independently as an OT (no COTAs on assignment)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, administrators, families, and supporting staff
• Commitment to evidence-based interventions and student-centered care
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to changing needs within the school environment

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments and collaborate on developing IEP goals
• Maintain organized documentation and track student progress
• Consult with teachers and families to support strategies in the classroom and at home
• Offer consultation and training to school staff as needed
• Promote independence and participation in school routines for every child
