Business Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Tempe, AZ. Essential Functions:
- Business Analyst will lead the program administration and evolution of an enterprise software application suite for a state Department
- Provide cross-domain and cross-disciplinary expertise across programs and technology solutions
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to align activities with the agency's strategic goals
- Serve as a key contributor in a dynamic team environment to deliver high-quality solutions
- Oversee long-term planning, program delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance
- Manage an enterprise-level IT program for the Agency, aligned with customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and performance targets
- Lead a team with diverse roles and responsibilities across technical and functional areas
- As a Business Analyst, you will establish and manage long-term program goals, timelines, and milestones
- Provide current and future-state analysis to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior business and technical leadership
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and constraints
- Support change management initiatives to ensure goals are met
