Job Description

We are seeking a Body Contouring & Weight Loss Personal Coach to lead with both sales expertise and client coaching . This role is responsible for selling high-ticket weight loss and body contouring programs ($2,000–$9,000 packages), consulting with prospects, and helping them commit to life-changing results. In addition to sales, the coach will be responsible for performing slimming sessions with clients — one-hour appointments designed to support their physical transformation — and will earn $50 per completed session . The coach will both close incoming leads and proactively generate new opportunities through follow-up, networking, and relationship-building. You will work directly with clients, providing accountability, encouragement, and support as they progress in their weight loss journey.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales, with a track record of closing and exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, personal training, or weight management.
• Experience in coaching or accountability-based roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives on independence, new ideas, and ownership of results.
• Excellent communication and emotional awareness.

Compensation & Incentives

• 5% commission on all package sales ($2,000–$9,000 each).
• $50 per slimming session performed (one-hour appointments).

Schedule & Expectations

This role offers flexibility with expected availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to align with client demand. Coaches are expected to manage their own pipeline, follow up consistently with prospects, perform slimming sessions, and take full ownership of their success.
