What’s a typical day as a Safety Team Manager like? You will:

• Safety Team Manager’s sole duty shall be safety coordination
• The Safety Manager shall be dedicated to performing only safety related work or tasks on the TSMC work site.
• Safety Team Manager is to verify compliance with OCIP and ISEP requirements by conducting site inspections and audits.
• Daily walks will be conducted to reinforce correct behavior and perform coaching to modify unwanted behavior
• Communicate unresolved safety or environmental concerns to TSMC ISEP
• Attend all TSMC/OCIP vendor safety meetings
• Will maintain a safety Technician for each 50 Kelly employees
• Complete OSHA 30 Safety outreach course
• Safety Team Manager shall be responsible for all safety reporting – both customer and Kelly requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• OSHA 30 certified or willing to complete required training in timely manner.
• Comfortable addressing safety issues with contractors/vendors/TSMC employees
• Must be able to work compressed and/or varying work shifts (day, swing, and night shift)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Power Point
• Able to utilize computers with various programs
• Able to work effectively under pressure or in emergency situations.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
