What’s a typical day as a Safety Team Manager like? You will:
- Safety Team Manager’s sole duty shall be safety coordination
- The Safety Manager shall be dedicated to performing only safety related work or tasks on the TSMC work site.
- Safety Team Manager is to verify compliance with OCIP and ISEP requirements by conducting site inspections and audits.
- Daily walks will be conducted to reinforce correct behavior and perform coaching to modify unwanted behavior
- Communicate unresolved safety or environmental concerns to TSMC ISEP
- Attend all TSMC/OCIP vendor safety meetings
- Will maintain a safety Technician for each 50 Kelly employees
- Complete OSHA 30 Safety outreach course
- Safety Team Manager shall be responsible for all safety reporting – both customer and Kelly requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Have a High School Diploma or GED.
- OSHA 30 certified or willing to complete required training in timely manner.
- Comfortable addressing safety issues with contractors/vendors/TSMC employees
- Must be able to work compressed and/or varying work shifts (day, swing, and night shift)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Power Point
- Able to utilize computers with various programs
- Able to work effectively under pressure or in emergency situations.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
