Job Summary:

The Associate Care Center Manager will be the initial point of contact for our route drivers. This individual will be responsible for intaking and prioritizing driver requests, coordinating with staff members to implement solutions. This position will assist drivers with requests and tasks such as vehicle issues, truck inventories, and communication between staff members. Our care center will assist management staff with driver responsibility and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet every driver that stops at the desk and foster relationships
• Verify that drivers are completing and returning daily reports, and recording necessary information
• Update drivers with status updates regarding their service tickets for routes and their trucks
• Ensure drivers are completing inventories and returning totes and other items to their designated areas
• Inform drivers of new installations, removals, and other important information
• Ensure the trucks are clean and that the drivers have the necessary cleaning supplies on the truck
