Schedule:Full-time | Evening & Weekend Availability | Base + Tips + Bonuses
We Whitenis a fast-growing, boutique teeth-whitening brand on a mission to help clients achieve their brightest smiles. Our Tempe studio delivers a premium, one-on-one experienceand were looking for a sales superstar to fuel our growth and client retention.
As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will:
- Drive Revenue:Educate prospects, close membership and package sales, and exceed monthly goals.
- Deliver Excellence:Perform professional whitening treatments (training provided; no prior license required) and ensure every client leaves thrilled.
- Own the Experience:Manage scheduling, follow-up communications, and maintain a spotless, welcoming studio environment.
- Build Relationships:Foster long-term loyalty through personalized service and proactive membership renewals.
What You Bring
- Sales Expertise:A minimum of two years success in commission-based sales across industries such as dental, wellness, pest control, alarm systems, automotive dealerships, membership services, or other high-ticket retail sectors.
- Client Focus:Outstanding communication skills, polished presentation, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Self-Starter:Confidence to work independently and drive your own pipeline.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts as business demands.
