Position:
Call Center Manager

Required Skills:
•Strong effective telephone sales skills
•Strong training skills
•Experience managing remote call center reps is a MUST
•Knowledge of CRM's, and Dialer Software

Experience:
•5 years of outbound/inbound remote call center management experience
•A proven track record in an outbound, lead generation, appointment setting and sales environment

Essential Duties Responsibilities:
• Qualify applying candidates for various career positions and schedule interviews
• Train, and manage all reps
