Main objectives and duties:

• Perform all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the crew leader in a safe and professional manner.
• Work as part of a team to help create an incredible experience for the customer
• Very experienced and knowledgeable in all facets of tree pruning and removals
• Be or become a Certified Arborist
• Competent in all tree climbing skills, including assessing safety hazards, tying in and rigging limbs down safely
• Responsible with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate high safety standards, sound tree risk assessment…
• Take great pride in all your work
• Personable and team oriented
• Able to take constructive criticism and work on improvement
• Crane work ability a big plus, but can learn
• Operate chippers, stump grinders and other equipment
• Clean, sharpen, and maintain all tools and equipment.
