Position Summary:

The General Labor - Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by assisting with production line activities, material staging, inspection support, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role helps ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do:

• Perform general manual labor tasks to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, parts, and finished products.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained.
• Assist machine operators and production staff with setup, cleanup, and workflow support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety standards.
• Inspect materials and products for visible defects or damage.
• Follow work instructions, schedules, and supervisor directions to meet production goals.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Complete routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks in production areas

Job Requirements

What you'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs as needed
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Previous experience in a solar manufacturing environment
• Exposure to solar, semiconductor, electronics, or technical manufacturing environments
• Basic computer skills for production tracking or documentation entry
