Job Description

As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Gilbert AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location where you will conduct routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and support access activities with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork values integrity and takes pride in delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors drivers and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse distribution and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity unsecured access points and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entrances gates loading areas and/or shipping and receiving zones helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintain orderly site operations.
• Support logistics and distribution operations by reporting security-related concerns verifying authorized movement within restricted areas and following post orders related to trailers deliveries and/or visitor activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
