Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician – Post-Acute Care – Tucson, AZ
Position Highlights

- 4 days/week
- 5 days/week
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- Daytime rounding across skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, and long-term care
- No primary night call
- Dedicated after-hours coverage for work-life balance
- Fee-for-service compensation with uncapped productivity
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation: $232,000–$279,000 (uncapped productivity)

Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with active Arizona medical license and DEA
- Experience in post-acute, acute care, hospital medicine, ED, or clinic preferred
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
