Trevor's is looking for enthusiastic part time Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for people that have a passion for selling, relationship building and most importantly spirits, wine or cigars. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in making selections, answer questions regarding products, and ensure the store is organized. You will build relationships with customers, process transactions, maintain floor merchandise and inventory standards, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting each customer that comes in store
• Establish a relationship with customers while informing them of our products, services and pricing
• Resolve customer issues and answers questions
• Assist customers out on the floor as needed
• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
• Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining inventory levels; communicate any inventory issues/concerns to leadership
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, bathroom, etc.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Friendly, courteous attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
• 2-year retail sales associate or representative with extensive knowledge of Spirits
