POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re seeking an experienced Housekeeping Lead to oversee our cleaning operations to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring guest satisfaction. In this role, you’ll lead by example—performing hands-on cleaning tasks while also supervising and coaching our housekeeping team. Your sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to inspire others will ensure our properties remain spotless and guest-ready at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform cleaning duties in residential or commercial spaces as scheduled
• Conduct Quality Control inspections on completed cleans
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff
• Maintain cleaning checklists and documentation
• Communicate with management about any issues, damages, or supply needs
• Help train and onboard new housekeepers
• Ensure all cleaning standards and safety protocols are followed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of Proven experience in professional cleaning
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel between sites is required)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $23.00
