Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs as outlined in the repair order, ensuring efficiency and compliance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional service needs and provide an estimate for time required for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty in line with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Technician (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required, ASE Certification required
• B-level qualifications, including experience in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
• Strong dexterity, steady hands, and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and capable of using electronic diagnostic tools
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a desire to continuously improve
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and service procedures
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
