Block Mold Operator Details: ~ Temp-to-Hire position ~$18.50 / hour ~ Full Time work available ~ Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 02:30am ) Responsible for operating equipment in accordance with procedures to ensure optimum product quality. Verify equipment set-up prior to start of a production run, operates and shuts down manufacturing equipment.  Verifies order information and produces part(s) with the correct material, density, weight, size, and/or shape within quality tolerance to meet specific job requirements while meeting productivity  Communicates with supervisor to ensure a clear understanding of the daily/weekly schedule Block Mold Operator Qualifications: ~ Manufacturing machine operation experience  ~2+ years forklift experience  ~ Above average understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.  ~ Availability to work 12 hour shifts  Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
