Social Media Specialist

Our client in the law industry is seeking a full-time, direct hire, Social Media Specialist to lead and elevate their social media presence. This role is hands-on and dynamic; you'll create and publish content, manage engagement, oversee influencer partnerships, and drive campaigns that resonate with the motorcycle community.This role is onsite in their Scottsdale office 5 days per week.You'll also travel to events nationwide (up to 25%) to capture the action and represent the company in person. When not traveling, you'll be collaborating with the team from the office to shape strategy and drive impact.

Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X

(formerly Twitter).

- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content that tells the story of the company and engages the motorcycle community.

- Manage posting schedules, community interaction, and audience growth.

- Build and maintain influencer relationships, managing contracts and

deliverables to ensure success.

- Educate, coach and mentor field marketing managers on social media best

practices and campaign execution.

- Monitor trends, conversations, and platform updates to keep our content fresh

and relevant.

- Ensure brand consistency and a cohesive voice across all social media

channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader

marketing and brand goals.

- Oversee campaigns and projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and

resources.

- Travel to motorcycle events to capture content, network, and the brand.

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to continually

optimize results.

Who You Are

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

- Skilled in building and managing influencer relationships.

- Strong communicator with excellent writing, visual, and verbal skills.

- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

- Creative and detail-oriented with a knack for storytelling.

- Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

and basic design/video editing.Plus: If you're an active member of the motorcycle community who understands its culture and audience.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Benefits

Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrues based on tenure, stating at 5.67 hours a pay-period for a total of 17 days annually, up to 22 days annually for long-term employees. Covers vacation, illness, family needs, and personal matters. Insurance
