We are partnering with a growing construction organization seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of multifamily projects utilizing modular construction methods. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to help coordinate project documentation, schedules, and trade activities while ensuring projects move smoothly from preconstruction through closeout.

The company operates alongside affiliated construction organizations within a larger platform focused on multifamily development and affordable housing projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling
• Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist with trade coordination, material procurement, and subcontractor communication
• Monitor project schedules and help ensure sequencing aligns with production and installation timelines
• Utilize construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Support closeout documentation and turnover packages

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in construction project engineering, project coordination, or project administration
• Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, or large-scale construction projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving project environment
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
