Salesforce Application Support Analyst
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Salesforce Application Support Analyst to join their team. This position will require working a morning shift (5am or 6am Pacific start time) as well as rotating half day shifts on Saturdays. Although this is slated as an initial 6-month contract duration, it is anticipated to be an ongoing position with potential for growth long-term.
- 2 years of application support experience with Salesforce
- Experience working with Salesforce and experience supporting issues and cases related to sync issues with third party systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working on a high volume and quick-resolution tickets (managing priorities of tickets, providing detailed answers to users while working through tickets, documenting updates, and ultimately closing out those tickets)
- Strong customer service experience, showing patience, good attitude, professional
- Comfortable communicating with users, meeting with users on video, providing updates on outstanding tickets, and working with them through resolution
- Time management skills - ability to manage priorities and work through multiple tickets simultaneously
- Comfort working remotely with a distributed team
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development
