We offer:

• Salary plus value-based incentives and productivity, plus robust benefits options
• Generous sign-on bonuses ranging from $20K to $50K (depending on location)

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Active or eligible for Arizona licensure
• Patient-focused, friendly and enjoys a collaborative environment
