Pay Range: $103 - $105/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Assisting with current initiatives to execute programs that enhance operational workflows and facilitate scalable support for the Autonomous Vehicle Driver.
• Vendor Management: Leveraging vendor partner relationships to drive KPI performance and supporting company goals.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Providing expertise to cross functional business stakeholders

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Education: Degree and field ○ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, or Engineering preferred).
• 3 years of experience in Program Management, specifically within operational implementation
• 3 years experience operating within a multifaceted, technical, and rapidly transitioning environment
• Demonstrated expertise in spearheading ongoing enhancement projects to reduce operational findings
• Adept at overseeing transition processes and implementing system refreshes with negligible operational impact
• Experience in the autonomous vehicle, transportation dispatch, and emergency response industries
