Virtual Travel Experience Specialist
We are seeking a Virtual Travel Experience Specialist to support travelers before and during their trips. This role focuses on providing helpful assistance and ensuring clients feel confident about their travel plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Assist with reviewing travel plans and confirming trip details
- Share relevant information about destinations and travel guidelines
- Follow up with travelers prior to departure
- Address concerns professionally and escalate when needed

- Friendly and professional communication skills
