Yard & Inventory Coordinator (Temporary / Part-Time)

American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard & Inventory Coordinator to support yard operations and maintain organized inventory systems.

This is a temporary, part-time position ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working both outdoors and on a computer.

We are looking for someone who understands inventory tracking, keeps materials organized, and ensures our crews have what they need to succeed.

Compensation

• $45,000 annual equivalent (prorated for part-time hours)

• Temporary / part-time schedule

• Opportunity for future full-time consideration based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain roofing materials, tools, and equipment in the yard

• Track incoming and outgoing materials using inventory software

• Maintain accurate inventory logs and system updates

• Coordinate with project managers and foremen on material needs

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Assist with equipment tracking and basic maintenance coordination

• Manage yard cleanliness and organization

• Oversee disposal, recycling, and dump runs as required

Required Qualifications

• Experience with inventory tracking systems and basic computer programs

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, or yard operations preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in Arizona weather

• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
