Reporting BI Developer
- Accurate and timely reports and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making
- Streamlined, automated reporting processes that reduce manual data work
- High adoption and satisfaction from internal teams using BI tools
- Clear and actionable data stories that align with business objectives
- Consistently clean, reliable, and well-documented data models and visualizations
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions
- Automate and optimize existing reporting workflows for scalability and efficiency
- Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, financial, operational) into cohesive reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platform
- Continuously monitor performance of BI solutions and recommend improvements
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and deliver insights to cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from CRM and financial systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles
- Relevant certifications in BI platforms or data analysis tools are a plus
