Business Development Manager
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to SUE, utility locating, and hydrovac services across AZ, NV, and DFW
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, engineers, developers, utilities, and municipal stakeholders
- Promote Safe Site services through client meetings, presentations, site visits, and lunch-and-learns
- Support proposal development, scope alignment, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate closely with operations and technical teams to align client expectations with execution
- Drive long-term market growth, repeat business, and strategic account development
- Track regional project pipelines, market activity, and competitive positioning
- Proven experience in business development, project management, or operations within: Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE)
- Utility locating
- Hydrovac/hydro-excavation
- Surveying, geospatial, or underground construction services
- Strong working knowledge of ASCE 38, utility quality levels, and subsurface risk management
- Existing relationships in Arizona, Nevada, and/or the DFW construction or utility markets preferred
- Ability to communicate technical and operational concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a multi-market role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
