ResponsibilitiesKeysight is looking for a strong and experienced leader within the test and measurement industry to manage a team of sales professionals focusing on order growth, competitive share gains, and customer satisfaction at our Aerospace and Defense accounts. As a District Sales Manager for Keysight Technologies, you'll manage, coach, and develop your team to maximize account coverage and penetration. You will work with your team to develop and execute effective account sales plans. The successful candidate should have a strong background in Test and Measurement sales as well as proven ability to build strong teams and internal/external relationships to deliver funnel growth and exceed sales targets.
Accountabilities
- Lead and manage sales team responsible for Aerospace and Defense Accounts in the Southwestern United States.
- Exceed sales targets by working with team to increase funnel intake and market share
- Track funnel conversion rates and funnel velocity to provide accurate forecasts to management
- Develop and deploy sales strategies to increase account penetration, accelerate growth and achieve business objectives
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide leadership and coaching/mentoring to team and drive continued operational improvements in the organization
- BS Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience in test and measurement sales and sales management
- Successful track record of exceeding sales targets and interfacing with customers at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated people development and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales funnel and develop business plans to enable and accelerate sales growth
- Strong customer relationship building skills at all levels
- Solid understanding of electronic test & measurement markets including Communications, Semiconductor, Industrial and Aerospace & Defense
- Solid understanding of digital, RF/microwave and general-purpose test & measurement applications
- Proven leadership exhibiting strategic planning and operational management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including both field and factory marketing teams
- Ability to manage a team in complex, dynamic and fast-moving environment while personally engaging in many customer-facing activities.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California Pay Range: Minimum: $253,680.00 Midpoint: $338,240.00 Maximum: $422,800.00
CO, TX, AZ, NM Pay Range: Minimum: $235,560.00 Midpoint: $314,080.00, Maximum: $392,600.00
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
