Site Manager LHH Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company in North Phoenix who is in search of a site manager to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and will require some travel locally.

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all on-site construction activities, subcontractor management, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proven experience in semiconductor construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports with project management
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve on-site issues
• Travel to project sites as needed within Arizona and surrounding areas

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
• Direct experience managing semiconductor or cleanroom construction projects
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
