Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications that will set you up for success:

• Current SLP license in Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience within school-based settings
• Passion for working with diverse student needs, including those requiring more specialized support
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, families, and colleagues

Key responsibilities and expectations:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-8 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to unique student needs
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to align goals and maximize student progress
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive
