Customer Account Resolution Specialist

As part of that mission, we’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Account Resolution Specialist to help support customers in resolving outstanding balances while maintaining a respectful and solution-focused approach.
About the Customer Account Resolution Specialist Role
This role bridges customer service and accounts receivable, working with clients to find the best path forward on past-due accounts. You’ll communicate with customers who have missed payments, understand their circumstances, and work toward payment arrangements that align with both their needs and company policies.
Customer Account Resolution Specialist Key Responsibilities
· Proactively contact customers with past-due accounts via phone, email, or mail in a respectful and professional manner
· Provide excellent customer service while helping clients understand their account status and available payment options
· Collaborate with internal departments (billing, sales, customer support) to resolve account discrepancies and ensure accurate information
· Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments to ensure timely resolution
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and actions taken
· Identify patterns or systemic issues and escalate as needed to improve processes
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant debt collection regulations
Customer Account Resolution Specialist Pay & Benefits
Davidson’s is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits compensation package including a starting pay of $19.00 p/hour and up commensurate with experience.
