Part-Time Personal Assistant (Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm) - $20/hr

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join a growing home-based business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured yet flexible environment, can balance working directly alongside the business owner, and has the ability to take initiative and work independently without constant supervision.
This position is more than just basic clerical work — you will play a hands-on role in keeping the business organized, clients satisfied, and operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• General clerical and administrative support (filing, scanning, organizing, data entry)
• Scheduling appointments and managing the owner’s calendar
• Creating, sending, and tracking billing invoices
• Managing accounts receivable, including follow-up on outstanding payments and collections in a professional manner
• Preparing and submitting job estimates and proposals for clients
• Sales support, including customer follow-ups and communication
• Maintaining organized records and workflow systems
• Assisting with special projects, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation is required — punctuality is key
• Comfortable working in a home office environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction and also work independently without supervision
• Dependable, professional, and proactive attitude
• Experience in billing, collections, or administrative roles preferred, but willing to train the right person
Schedule & Compensation:
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (part-time, 20 hours per week)
• Starting pay is $20 per hour, with opportunities to grow as responsibilities increase
