Service Technician

Job Title: Service Technician - Hospitality, Coin Ops, & Commercial Laundry.

Location: Arizona (Statewide Travel Required).

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Service Technician. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and the willingness to travel across Arizona to meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair equipment in hospitality, coin-op, and commercial laundry industries.
• Travel statewide to service equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers, addressing any service concerns or requests.
• Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of equipment types.
• Complete necessary documentation, including service reports and inventory logs.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude is a must (experience with machinery, repairs, or troubleshooting is preferred).
• Prior experience in the hospitality, coin-op, or commercial laundry industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when necessary.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the state of Arizona and stay overnight as needed.
