Project Manager
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans, goals, and objectives for the successful execution of projects
- Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and communicate changes
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts
- Manage project scope and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed with quality
- Perform regular project reviews to ensure goals and objectives are being met
- Provide project status updates to stakeholders and other project team members
- Identify and manage external resources to ensure project requirements are completed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology, tools, and techniques
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
