Craft Bartender
Riot Hospitality Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Bartenders to join our esteemed restaurant group, where you'll play a key role in bringing to life a new, innovative, and exclusive fine-dining supper club located in Old Town’s Entertainment District that blends artistry, entertainment, and culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Pour, serve, and mix a variety of drinks, including classic and signature cocktails, suggesting drinks based on guest preferences.
- Prep the bar before service — stock supplies, ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive experience.
- Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Work with staff to ensure smooth service and delegate tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior bartending experience including basic bar knowledge, along with the ability to craft drinks consistently and accurately, preferably in a fine-dining setting.
- Understanding of state and local liquor laws.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills for taking orders, recommending drinks, engaging with customers, and coordinating with other staff.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods.
- Required food and alcohol certifications.
