We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Closer to join our dynamic, startup-style team in Old Town Scottsdale . If you thrive in a competitive, outgoing environment and have a passion for precision in mortgage lending, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

💼 What You’ll Do:

As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you’ll be responsible for managing and finalizing a variety of mortgage transactions across multiple states, including:

• Conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, and second mortgage closings
• Ensuring compliance with TRID , federal/state regulations, and company policies
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet closing deadlines
• Handling sensitive documentation with professionalism and integrity

🧠 What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of mortgage closing experience (required)
• Strong working knowledge of Encompass and Microsoft Office
• Deep understanding of TRID and mortgage regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• High school diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Benefits: On the first of the month, following a 30-day waiting period, IHL Offers a full range of
