The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an Accounting Generalist to join our dynamic Finance Team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

Job duties include but are not limited to:

· Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.

· To be able to work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.

· Responsible for training cash-handling associates and ensure procedures are followed

· Prepare daily bank deposits for checks and foreign currency

· Assist in the procurement system management for new users.

· Assist with procurement system and invoice procedures.

· Assist with month-end responsibilities and reconciliations.

· Assist with daily income.

· Any other duties required within the finance discipline.

· Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed.

· This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule.

Who We Look For:

Ideal candidate will have:

Minimum three to 12 months experience in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations

· High School education or equivalent experience (College Graduate preferred)

· Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals

· Good command of the English language

· Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

· Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time

· Preferred knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment, Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel), Opera, Sun Accounting Systems, Birchstreet, and Blackline

· Ability to read, write, and speak English

· Previous accounting experience is preferred
