Production Cleaning Specialist - Casa Grande, AZ - Day Shift

What You’ll Work On

• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and production areas using approved methods and SOPs.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, foamers, vacuums).
• Prevent cross-contamination of products and packaging during sanitation procedures.
• Perform pre-inspections and request supervisor approval before production resumes.
• Remove trash, clean drains, mop floors, and maintain exterior areas as needed.
• Complete all required sanitation documentation accurately.
• Maintain and organize cleaning tools, carts, and supplies.
• Assist in other areas when trained and as needed.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Pay and Shift :

The starting hourly wage is $21/hr

The shift and hours : This is a 12-hour DAY shift position from 6 :00 am to 6 :00 pm and allows you to have every other weekend off.

Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday - OFF; Wednesday, Thursday - WORK; Friday, Saturday, Sunday - OFF

Week 2 : Monday, Tuesday - WORK, Wednesday, Thursday - OFF; Friday, Saturday, Sunday - WORK

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift safely for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience

The base pay for this position is $17.00 – $34.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
