Cold Caller (On-Market)
We’re hiring a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to support our real estate team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential sellers and real estate agents, qualify leads, and gather essential property details for our acquisitions team. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours.
**Responsibilities**
* Call real estate agents daily regarding on-market listings
* Build and maintain professional relationships with agents
* Make outbound calls to potential sellers and follow up on leads
* Gather key property details such as listing information, seller motivation, and mortgage balance when available
* Accurately enter and manage lead data in the CRM
* Follow up consistently to keep leads active and moving forward
* Coordinate closely with the acquisitions team to evaluate potential deals
**Requirements**
* Native-level English with strong phone communication skills
* Experience in real estate lead generation, cold calling, or phone sales
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and spreadsheets
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with real estate investors or agent outreach
* Familiarity with wholesaling, creative financing, or real estate investment strategies
**Compensation**
* Up to $7 per hour, based on experience
