We’re Hiring: Bookkeeper
Are you a numbers-driven professional who thrives on accuracy and organization? **What You’ll Do:**
* Accurately record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
* Maintain and balance ledgers and subsidiary accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
* Reconcile bank statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
* Manage payroll processing with precision and timeliness.
* Prepare essential financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
* Support audit preparation by organizing and providing required documentation.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and relevant regulations.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Proficiency in accounting tools and spreadsheets (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Clear communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
* Payroll and tax compliance knowledge is a strong advantage.
**💰 Salary Range:** $5–6 per hour
