Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:
- Issue parts and accessories promptly to technicians from the service parts counter
- Handle incoming phone calls efficiently
- Sell to customers at Retail Parts Counter - good customer service skills required
- Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts
- Research to find the best prices for parts
- Provide delivery service of orders using parts truck
- Display seasonal parts and accessories
- Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Look up and specify correct parts using Electronic Parts Catalog
